Established in 2007, Zhuhai Jinbao Science and Technology Co., Ltd has been specializing in developing and manufacturing water package moulds and medical package moulds for 3-gallon and 5-gallon barrel closure, plastic handle, smart cover, mineral water bottle cap, beverage cap, cooking oil cap, preform, dosing plug, infusion plug and medical transfusion connectors. We have sophisticated technology, advanced production machines and inspection equipment, as well as a sound management system. We adopt unique hot runner technology and perfect cold runner design structure, coupled with great cooling water circulation system, to ensure the mould is able to work in a high-speed environment. The materials we are using are special steel for relevant mould with HRC50, products manufactured with our mould are smooth in feel, bright in color, no oil stain, no explosion, no leakage, the sealability and waterproofing performance reach more than 98%. Currently, lots of bottle cap manufacturers like Zhongfu, Yonglong, Jialinshan, Tianwaitian, Guanchang, Yuanli and Fuli are using our moulds, we are also cooperating with famous drinking water manufactures like Nongfu Spring, Robust, Danone Yili, Watsons, Cestbon, Wahaha and Ganten.
