ITAMID- polyamide 6, poliamide 66, modyfy by using many additives, like: glass fibre (GF), talc (TD), burn countermeasures, thermal and light stabilizers and others.. Itamid is using in detail production by injection processing method. Main application of Itamid is making elements using in automotive industry, electrical engineering, mining, mechanical engineering and food industry. Caracteristic of Itamid:

XENOPREN - polipropylene homopolymer (PP) or copolimer polithene - polipropylene (E/P) modyfy by using many additives, like: glass fibre (GF), talc (TD), chalk (KD), caoutchouc (SB), burn countermeasures, thermal and light stabilizers and others.. Xenopren is using in detail production by injection processing method. Main application of Xenopren is making elements using in household, automotive industry, electrical engineering, Caracteristic of Xenopren:

Plastic processing industry department provide service production from entrusted or its own materials. We own injection moulding machines up to 1500 gram with closing power up to 420 tons. We recommend especially elements made from Itamid and Xenopren.

Dyeing in mass materials are granulators preperd for moulding by injection or blowing about method. The virtue of dyeing in mass materials in comparison with, for exemple: dyeing with the help of pigments and concentrates is that we omit the preliminary blend stage that make wark considerably easier and accelerate production process. Dyeing in mass materials usage is often the only way for piston injection moulding machines owners where encounter difficulties with mixing plastic in injection moulding machine's cylinder. Dyeing in mass materials do not require preliminary drying material. Our offer contein dyeing in mass materials that are based at PP,PS,HDPE,LDPE,ABS,SAN, which are colours equivalents according to catalog "RAL" and "Pantone". For producers whose products are supposedly going to have contact with food we offer assortment with PZH Certificates. On clients request we elaborate colours according to entrusted exemples.
