Oil-contained silt is a kind of oily sludge. Oily sludge refers that  crude oil or refined oil mix with clay or other medium and the oil cannot be directly recycled and may cause pollution of the environment. It is a mixture in a variety of forms and is mainly produced in oil fields and refineries.
Due to the rapid development of world economy and the increasing demand for oil, oilfields need to drill many oil wells every year and oil refineries are in constant expansion and increasing the load. In oil exploration, mining, refining, tank, storage and transportation process, due to accident, leakage, natural sedimentation and so on, huge quantities of crude oil or oil products mix with soil, water, or other impurities formation and so on forming the oily sludge or oily sewage. Petroleum, water, inorganic solid etc. of oily sludge or oily sewage are highly dangerous pollutant. They will cause great harm to the environment. Sludge produced in the process of oilfield production, drilling, oil extraction, storage, gathering, processing, and the treatment of oil produced fluid and oily sludge produced in the process of processing of crude oil and sewage in the crude oil gathering station, combined-station, oil tank battery, oil refineries, sewage treatment plants, sewage recycle station and some other places and mixture of oil and soil formed because of leakage in oil extraction and workover operations are known for containing crude oil or some components of crude oil. They are mainly divided into the oily sludge, tank-clearing oil sludge, flotation scum, etc..
According to the characteristics of the solid waste of oil companies, oil-contained silt is not only the waste in the production but also the precious secondary resources. We can not only recycle a lot of energy bringing some economic benefits but also reduce pollution bringing a great ecological benefit and social benefit if they are collected in an organized way and disposed harmlessly and recycled with proper method and technology(such as recovery of crude oil and mud). At present, there are some mature technologies and methods in oily sludge treatment at home and abroad. Some of them have been industrialized, however, more or less problems exist. Therefore, the technique and technology in the purification of oil sludge model also need to be constantly researched and explored.
I. Introduction
1. After treatment, content of oil of oily sludge is less than 0.5 percent. It can produce fuel oil and residue at the same time which can meet the requirements of open storage and planting grass.
2.Entire environmental protection equipment is composed of the pretreatment broken device, rapid feeding device, rotary cracking reaction kettle, automatic safety environmental protection mucking system, oil vapor cyclone dust removal device, rapid condensation system, waste-gas cleaning recovery and combustion system, heat supply system, environmental dust removal device, the electric control system and so on.
3.Environmental protection equipment adopting fully enclosed, continuous feeding and mucking system is three times more than a traditional intermittent rotary equipment in production efficiency. It is equipped with pressure relief devices. There is no waste emissions in the process of production. It also has excellent safety and environmental protection.
4.The reaction kettle of environmental protection equipment adopts horizontal rotating structure which increases the heating area, improves the thermal efficiency and saves the energy. When the temperature of the heated gas reaches 150 ℃, it can produce a large amount of gas that can not be liquefied under the normal temperature and pressure(from methane to butane). After sufficient combustion these gases within our specially designed gas nozzle will produce large amounts of heat energy which will greatly save the energy.
II.The main technical characteristics
1.The heating way of the equipment is to use indirect heating method inside and outside. You can turn off the fan to cut off the heating source instantly to ensure the security of the system if  the system has some problems. That will greatly extend the service life of the main equipment.
2. Equipped with better environmental protection equipment, such as waste gas burner and soot desulphurization and dust removal system.
3.This equipment has reasonable design, advanced manufacturing technology, a high degree of automation and security facility.
III.Technological process of environmental protection equipment.
Put the oily sludge pretreatment into negative pressure condition uninterrupted cracking processor. Oil vapors will be distilled as a result of catalytic heating. Then oil vapors pass light and  restructuring of oil and gas separation device. Light component comes into the condenser with the slag discharging automatically at the same time. The part can be liquefied condenses into oil and the part can not be liquefied that can burn can be input in the heating supply system through gas purification system to burn.
IV.Safety of environmental protection equipment
In the process of production, the major component of unliquefied gas is alkane from C1 to C4, so direct combustion has some risks. The unliquefied gas will be sealed by water through the first device and then it will pass the gas nozzle in second safety device to completely achieve safety in production before we use it as fuel to burn.
