Hydraulic puller and tensioner are used for stringing single conductor, two bundled or four bundled conductors in line stringing operations. The small machine are also used for stringing earth wires, OPGW or ADSS cables.

Incorporating German 'mannnesmann' hydraulics. Two-level tension (high and low), closed hydraulic circuit for bullwheels, infinitely variable speed control. 'combination usage' doubles pulling force, where the output power is 2. 5 times larger than single puller's.

Tension or pull force can be preset; spring applied brake, reliable overload protection mechanism, easy to operate.

The unit can also act as tensioner for tension stringing pulling ropes, or used in reconductoring application.
