Zhongning  Wolfberry:  
It is not always easy to find a natural product that can be taken as both a botanical medicine and a food, with a very pleasant taste.  Zhongning Wolfberry (Lycium barbarum fruit), Gou Ji Zi by Chinese, falls into this category although its magic health benefits are little known by the world outside of China.
Zhongning Wolfberry fruits are cultivated in the northwest of China where the weather and the soil conditions is best for growth.  Because of the growing area, Zhongning Wolfberry contains more LBP than other types.  Zhongning wolfberry fruits contain about 31% LBP4.  The Beta-carotene in Zhongning Wolfberry is 28,000 IU/100g, much higher than carrots. The difference between the Zhongning brand and other wolfberry can be easily recognized by the appearance of the fruit.  Zhongning wolfberry fruit is larger in size; natural red color has a sweeter taste and contains less seeds than other wolfberry.  After harvest, fruits are carefully selected for processing.  Since the cultivation and processing of Zhongning wolfberry complies with the Green Food Production Standards (non-polluting), it is certified by the China Green Food Development Center as a Green Food.  Please carefully choose the wolfberry because some manufactures add preservative or artificial color to process them.
