Production process

1. Processing clay: Grinding, mixing clay and other necessary materials; and soaking
2. Creating slabs: Creating slabs by plaster mould or slap roller
3. Drying slabs: Drying slabs slowly
4. Bisque-firing: Firing for burning impurities out completely
5. Processing glaze, slip: Grinding, mixing, soaking both traditional and refine materials
6. Painting and decorating: Being made by hand completely
7. Firing and cooling: Firing up to 1250oC (2282oF) and then cooling both in technical for flat in shape and beautiful in color
8. Selecting final products: Selecting unfault tiles only
