  Inner pipe extrusion line: Mainly produce the inner layer of this heat-insulating pipe. Use PE-RT (recyclable) and PE-X (unrecyclable) as raw material. Smooth inner wall surface. With coil unit to wind the pipe produced by this part.
  Outer pipe extrusion line: Mainly produce the outer heat-insulating layer of the jacket pipe. Use HDPE63 or HDPE80 as raw material. With corrugated outer pipe wall.
  PU none-stop injection foaming machine: With bi-component PU flow injecting unit. The producing inner pipe extends into the mould of outer pipe line from the backward. Foaming machine files the space between the two pipes with PU. So the composite pipe can be produced synchronously.
