Betamethasone: 100 mg
Excipient (Sovent): 100 ml
Indication
Betamethasone is a synthetic corticosteroid; it has strong glucocorticoideffect, but weak mineralocorticoid effect. It has anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic effects, and beused to asociale with antibiotics to treat respiratory, gastrointestinal, genital, and urinaryinfections, anti-shock.
Contraindication
Hypersensitivity to betamethasone or to other corticosteroids or to any component of the product.
Directions
Injection route. Deep injection into the muscle
For piglet: 1ml/10kg B.W. daily.
For adult pig, sheep, goat and calve: 1ml/15kg B.W. daily.
For cattle: 1ml/30kg B.W. daily.
Use medicine continuously for 2-3 days
Withdrawal time
For swine: 7-10 days
For diary cow during milking: 7 days
Storage condition
Store in cool and dry place with temperatures 15-30ºC; Close packing after use.
